YouMail is continuing to grow, is a leader in a new area (blocking robocalls), is about to launch an exciting new service, is finally in a facility where everyone is together in the same place, and is actually operating profitably. The company does try to maintain a start up culture, focused on urgency, exploration, and a focus on trying things and failing fast - but does not have an "overworked" culture or a "yell at people" culture, In fact, if there's one thing we've done wrong, it's not moving quickly enough to make changes when someone is the wrong fit for the role they're in, but this is changing rapidly.
