      +sick and annual leave +sick days +small gifts for holidays + some good people on the team

      Cons

      - tasks overload (got assigned tasks that weren't part of job description because the company was understaffed without any additional compensation) -a lot of pressure - didn't pay in full for work -no work-life balance (scheduled calls in off-work hours) - no job security - no exit interview - lack of built processes - tasks weren't set clearly - difficult to get a salary increment
