This is the worst place to work. Even if you are sick, they will not give you work from home. If you take leave, there will be LOP for straight six months. The management is so toxic that even on national holidays, there is no holiday for you — neither Indian nor MENA national holidays. You will feel like a labourer where even your five minutes are counted. This is the most toxic company and the most toxic people you will ever find. If you have your own opinion, just forget it. If you speak up, they will say you have no discipline and will drop 100 emails every now and then, even if you take a five-minute break for tea or coffee. I have suffered mental torture here. I can’t explain it — I am short of words. Please don’t join this company if you have another offer. Some management people think they own the company, and even some colleagues behave like informants — they will report everything you do on your phone or laptop. If you still decide to join, stay away from everyone as much as possible. If you are ready to become a slave, you can definitely try this place.

1) Management comes from the Customer side, they don't have the mindset of serving the customer. they are used to be the customer. 2) The company is offering software projects, but they have no experience in SDLC at all and they. 3) Management would give your verbal support. but they actually do nothing on the ground to help with any issue with the customer. 4) working more than 60 Hours a week is the norm. nobody will ask you to work late, but you will have meetings, reviews and other activities after working hours, and you are included in those meetings. it is an indirect way to make you working 60+ hours a week with no compensation. 5) Company culture doesn't support diversity.
