      Pros

      High rate of pay as compared to other companies.

      Cons

      Requires you to see clients while also supervising supervisees. Management expects that you will always agree with their viewpoint - even when its not culturally or clinically appropriate.

      Pros

      Zeeva provides employees with the flexibility to create their own work schedule and hours, and provides a steady stream of clients to their clinicians. The option to work from Zeeva's office or remotely from home is another perk.

      Cons

      Your pay is docked if you make a mistake. If the number of clients you see falls below a certain number, your pay decreases and you lose benefits (not that they offer much of a benefit package anyway) effectively making the option to choose the number of clients you see less feasible.
