Work-life balance here only exists in PPT slides, not in reality. Salary hikes are insulting when compared to the workload. Promotions are not linked to performance, but to politics and favoritism. Job security depends more on your equation with the manager than on your skills. Skill development? Forget it — the environment doesn’t encourage learning, only buttering. Work satisfaction is close to zero when recognition is reserved for a selective few. Company culture is all about showcasing values externally while ignoring them internally.
