      1. Management is very supportive. They guide the team whenever needed. 2. Growth opportunity 3. Flexibility for work from home 365 days 4. Timely Salary 5. Easy to access top management- Opportunity to work directly with the CEO on multiple projects 6. Zero micromanagement
