Just Time flexibility nothing else.
Cons
Company things employees as their servants and they dont value you or your time. No basic amenities like simcard. And also ceo is the worst his mind set is hire &fire so the turnover of employees are too much. In a 30days i have seen 4 people leaving the company out of 6 total employee in uk
