- Before the new I.T. Director arrives. We were just suffering from bonus cutting and cost cutting..... which was worse. And after his arrival in this summer. We are suffering from both cost cutting and terrible micro management and it is now turning from worse to worst. Always talking about "digital innovations" from their mouths.... blah blah blah but actually there's no budget for the idea... ever.... So... it's just a group of nasty management burning funds without producing any observable output for the company. - Very cheap pay scale and It's very difficult to achieve any goals in this company,
