      - small company atmosphere, with big company perks - very friendly and warm environment - excellent IT and engineering department - not a lot of turnaround - open door policy

      Cons

      - lunches not paid for (pretty common for a company this size) - parking not on site depending on what lot you get assigned to

      Pros

      Lunch was on the house, but when I got home and describe it to my gf, all I could say was blecccch!!!!

      Cons

      Communication at a52 was awful. I couldn't get answers to questions if I had them. Too much was assumed by many.
