Clients and fellow instructors are often the bright light to my day
The role itself (teaching movement) was fulfilling if you block out the management issues
Cons
Toxic higher-level management
Double standards regarding outside teaching opportunities
Little to no support for growth
Declining standards for new hires
Unhealthy, unsustainable work environment
Great pay (1$ more than minimum after first 3 months, another after you become an SC and a raise every year at your evaluation), people are super kind, the management team has a no gossip no toxicity rule that they enforce
Cons
They have very high standards but really care about you. You’ll want to be a hard worker to thrive here
