Just want to let you know all that all this reviews which you are seeing for this company is all fake anfld these are paid reviews. Let me explain in brief, company owner hired one maketing dude who set one contest between interval of one month in which company employess has to review the company on Glassdoor from which they will get a prize, since this reviews are written just for the price, if you don't believe me just connect with any employee on LinkedIn and ask them.
