Extremely high attrition. Most teams are constantly rebuilding because experienced people keep leaving. Practically no structured knowledge transfer or mentorship, so new employees are left figuring things out themselves. Employees are expected to deliver work quickly, yet approvals and reviews take far longer than the actual work itself.
Policies sound employee friendly externally, but in reality they rarely help when needed. Poor communication, little transparency, and very low empathy from management. Company image from the outside is far better than the day to day experience internally.
