Company is full of cons here is a small list of some of those... 1. Digital practice is a joke in this company, sooner or later down the line all the folks from Digital will be fired as the Digital leader is himself clueless about strategy and is misleading the management So ...dont even think of joining digital team remember my words you will regret. 2. Pathetic india Management team, bunch of Hippocrates old timers claim to be the flag bearers operate in rather king and slave method. They will make you feel so. pathetic in front of them that you will regret to be on this org. every day you spent here. 3. Coming to the most important topic compensation, forget the variable pay its a gimmic and hypothetical item in ur ctc which you will never ever get...dont be under a wrong impression that like other big consulting firm this org. will be a pay master.No hikes No Variable pay..... 4. Work Life balance rather imbalance will always bother you in this organisation. The leadership is very insensitive when it comes to being empathetic on personal commitments and issues they will make you travel odd hours , days and odd places and screw up your schedule and work life balance. 5.Beware of some of the old timers Principle's here (aka Leadership team aka so called flag bearers) if you are not their yes man for any reason they eill make you suffer every day in the organisation.
