##WESTBOROUGH SUPPORT## 1. POLICIES - worst employee policies ever. 2. THREAT - Team lead threaten employees - you cannot go home , no one leaves until I say so. All this happens when TL is always coming late to office and leaving early. 3. VISA STATUS - They take advantage of your visa status and always keep you scared that they can fire you any time. 4. MENTAL TORTURE - Some Team Leads have become Master of mental torture. They always play mind games and try to belittle you in front of other LEADS/Managers/CEO and new/Junior team members. 5.EGO - Team leads are egoistic as they cannot hear NO from employee. You better do what you have been asked otherwise your days are limited in company. 6. FAVORITISM - If you have the ability to gossip and say YES to everything your Lead says then congratulations - you do not have to work hard for promotion and higher bonus and higher increment. 7.RAISE - They won't give you the money you deserve if you are not part of inner circle aka FAVOURITE.

Worst company when it comes to management of human resources. heads behaves as if they are the owners of the entire company and goes on abusing and threatening employees. Spouses get employed in the company even though they are not qualified and experienced to be in that position. Even this happened in critical positions like HR.. hilarious!!! think a million times before you join this family run company where humans are treated like slaves.
