1. While hiring, the HR will talk to you in so good way that they will kiss you. But when you are on notice period, there is no proper signoff. Employees have to call the hr and clear all his doubts. 2. Their india product HMIS is not managed properly. The management is not good, not experienced and not well trained. The language of the management is not good, they literally uses bad words of mother and sister with male employees. Please note, here management is not the CEO, management means lower management like india head. CEO is very good person like cow.

Work culture is very good, TL’s , Mentors will help you if you got stuck somewhere in your assigned work. Every work flow is predefined here so it is easy for fresher and new joiners to dig in and start working. eCW provides added advantage like health insurance of your parents and children which is very good factor. Adding to it shares the profit among employees so it is just like cherry on cake for employees as it will directly go in their pockets. There are enough leaves and very employee friendly policies. Free door to door pickup and drop is available. So eCW is full package which includes almost everything one can expect from private firm.
