Pros
Since it is a consulting company, there are a lot of networking opportunities.
Cons
I received a lower salary than my male colleagues in the same job title. Some perks/raises were offered in the form of expense reimbursement. Overall, I had to quit due to the toxic environment and lack of a mentor to follow me through my internship. Their business is selling consulting to other companies, so it is impossible to get proper mentorship.
