      Not a management consultancy

      Pros

      - Occasional free company meals. - Exposure to large financial services organisations.

      Cons

      - No training or support provided whatsoever. - As soon as your project comes near to an end you will be at risk of redundancy. - You will be told what you want to hear in order to keep "pull the wool" over your eyes. - Project analyst programme has no direction at all and is a revenue generation tool. - There is no capacity for career development. - The salary received is considerably less than the amount the company charges a client for your services. - More of a recruitment agent than a management consultancy, despite what they may say. - Communication from management is non-existent.

      - Small dynamic company which is just starting out. - Provides access to high value FS clients.

      Cons

      - Act as a recruitment agency and not a consultancy. - No training & support provided. - Limited customer base means you are likely to suddenly find yourself without any work, and at risk as soon as your assignment starts coming to an end.
