It solves a real problem, which makes conversations with prospects much easier. Targets are realistic and consistent — no moving goalposts or unattainable quotas. Commission structure is strong and rewarding. Frequent SPIFFs that keep the team motivated and add extra earning potential. Flexible work-from-home policy that actually respects work-life balance. Activity expectations (dials, outreach) are reasonable — it's a results-driven culture, not a micromanaged one.
Cons
Pressure can ramp up at times, but that comes with the territory in any sales role. It's nothing out of the ordinary.
