Racism in the workplace is not only accepted but justified, as is sexism. Knowledge and skills are not rewarded, but spending work days on Facebook grants pay rises. Innovation is frowned upon and even the smallest change suggestion is a battle. Forget what they tell you during the interviews you will be working with dead tech
