      1. Management doesn't know that there is lots and lots of politics playing around. 2. People can't accept that you can't boot licking. 3. You cannot take leave. 4. People can't see someone better than themselves. 5. They can drag you down if you are not one of them. And many more.

      It is Night shift so you can complete your urgent task if you have in day time. They are now observing US and India both holidays. Quarterly Rewards for continuous employment. Performance Bonuses and other benefits.

      If you don't like night shift don't apply.
