Unprofessional management and lack of basic employee benefits
Pros
To be fair, I know that some colleagues had a positive experience, so it may depend on the department.
Cons
I worked at iGMS for over a year, and unfortunately this was a very challenging experience There were no paid benefits: no paid vacation, no paid sick days, and no paid public holidays The communication style from management felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Feedback was often delivered in a rude manner, including phrases like “this looks like crap” or similar wording. When I raised concerns about communication, I was told I was being unprofessional and was given an ultimatum: either quit or agree to regular calls where I would be “taught how to work.” I stayed due to personal circumstances at the time. Year after I was fired without prior notice. I lost access to all tools and communication channels, and later received a short email stating that my employment was terminated without a clear explanation. My follow-up questions were not answered. Later I learned this was part of a restructuring, and several colleagues were also laid off. The termination happened shortly before a planned vacation, which made the situation especially difficult. Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company due to the work environment and management practices.
