some freedom, some quality materials
Cons
- HR is hell and will steal your money, really unethical - they will offer the lowest starting salary regardless of your skill or experience - no colleagues or community ( as stated in pro's -there is some freedom)

AO very supportive and other teachers very friendly.
Cons
HR regularly act irresponsibly and omit to give important information about their processes or give the information in an unclear and untimely manner. The initial contract terms are not respected and managers ignore or delay dealing with the problems of the teachers at her convenience.
