All the top management is good except Vipul Joshi who is COO( Chief operating officer)

Cons

*Lot of politics especially from certain employs in the company. *They tend to behave as if they actually care about you but in reality they dont. * Others tend to use facilities meant for you.

Ambience of workplace. Fun working around with low heirarchy employees.

Cons

Process problems. Heirarchy problems . Salary problems. Appraisal & salary revisal is way too less infact negligible. Limited growth .
