Pros
I recently moved to Germany and needed a job. They were looking for someone to work with them, and let me join their crew even thoug my german level was low (it was not important for them at all). They were very fair to me. The communication with the people at the top was clear and they always helped me to progress. Thanks to them I was able to apply for a scholarship to take my Web Development course.
Cons
I had problems with racism from some of the factory workers. Specifically the person in charge of logistics and electricity at the site. Although I understand that such intolerant and closed-minded people are everywhere.
