Salary structure some SBU heads are treated specially by top-level management they have no proper knowledge, if he goes out of this organization they will not fit for anything

Only thing i have found positive in movingdneedle is work with fun

Cons

poor salary, ask employees to work more than14hrs per day. No more new learning only copy and paste. No leaves if in case leave is approved he has to do work from home. Poor infrastructure facilities.
