Noesis.tech has a very talented team of developers and engineers. They work with a lot of clients and provide custom solutions to solve business problem. As a developer here you get exposed to many different industries and use a variety of market leading technologies to build custom and bespoke solutions for them. The learning curve is really steep, but very rewarding. I've done more projects here in my time than my peers have in other companies.
Cons
Given the broad set of services they offer and the variety of clients not everything is as standardised or process oriented as it could be. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic especially if a delay happens on any one project, it ends up creating pressure across the team.
