Pros

There were not pros to discuss Coworkers I guess are worth mentioning as a pro.

Cons

This was quite possibly the worst company that I have ever worked for. Many false promises of continuing education and support, however management was completely unprofessional and unsupportive. The Account Services director would sit around and make jokes and mess around while everyone else was trying to work hard. She was incredibly distracting, rude and unprofessional. Half the entire staff has left this company in the last year and it’s not surprising to have such turnover when the company values are so terrible. They say “unicorn level greatness” but they do not come close to it. Awful place to work. Terrible experiences. Does not protect or support their staff. Overworked, and underpaid and under appreciated. Working 70 hrs a week and not getting paid for it. ZERO support.

Pros

The coworkers are genuinely kind and supportive. The only real positive is the team—you’ll find good people who try to make the best of the environment.

Cons

The organization suffers from systemic cultural issues. Overtime is expected, and leadership places emphasis on rapid turnaround rather than quality work. Employee (Hello AI Big Brother!) monitoring practices are intrusive, and trust between management and staff is lacking. Leadership is aware of many of these problems but rarely addresses them. Decisions about staffing, including terminations, can appear arbitrary. Toxic leadership behaviors have been tolerated, and reports of mistreatment are overlooked. Burnout is widespread, as the company continually accepts new projects without considering team capacity and avoids bringing in outside support. Leadership awareness of these challenges has not translated into meaningful change, and staff well-being is rarely prioritized. Wages are below industry standards. Stress levels are high. Many people joke about working at McDonalds would be better.
