Infosys SQL/MSBI Developer, SSIS, SSRS Salaries

My salary is 9.69lpa as consultant in Infosys for 10 yrs experience... should I ask for salary normalisation?..all my experience is with Infy only

Hi Folks, I need an advice from you. I have got my H1B approval (I797) from current company. ( ViSa is not yet stamped), GI team is yet to give me stamping date. Actually due to some family constraints I cant travel onsite as of now. Now i am about to get an offer from a product based firm with 75% hike. So shall I resign or wait for the visa to get stamped? Onsite salary of Infosys is also not up to the mark. Years of Experience - 9 Tata Consultancy Accenture Wipro HCL Technologies Deloitte

Hi guys , My last working day in Infosys was 3rd, And I got final settlement on 14th and in that performance bonus I did not got, While leaving the Compnay hr told I will get my performance bonus , will I get my performance bonus separately, as will get performance bonus letters on 21st ???Infosys
