[Breaking News] After the incredible journey of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic games, we're proud to embrace a new chapter with the 🎿2030 Winter Games, in southeastern France! 🙌 Our teams have been entrusted by the Département des Hautes-Alpes and the city of Mairie de Briançon with the management contract for the modernisation of the RD1091 road. This includes a comprehensive redevelopment and the integration of a dedicated lane for public transport and bicycles. 👏 👉 This lane will transport athletes between the Olympic Village in Briançon and the Olympic Stadium in the Serre Chevalier area. It will also ultimately improve traffic flow and offer a sustainable mobility solution for all users. In a consortium with Abest, our teams are responsible for project management throughout both the design and construction phases, including: 📌preliminary and detailed design, 📌construction planning, 📌final design, 📌project management, 📌coordination and supervision. Proud to continue supporting major international sporting events while ensuring that our actions leave a lasting legacy! 👣

We are proud to share that the Patna–Gaya–Dobhi section of National Highway-22 in the state of Bihar has officially been inaugurated by the Honorable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi. This project is a cornerstone of the Bihar National Highway Improvement Project, and Egis is honoured to serve as the Supervision Consultant for this landmark initiative. Part of the revered Buddha Circuit, this critical corridor connects Patna to the sacred cities of Gaya ji and Bodh Gaya, culminating at Dobhi on NH-2 (Kolkata–Delhi route) approximately 250 km from Varanasi. This transformative Highway is set to: ~Save over 4 hours of travel time commuting from the state capital of Patna ~Connect 7 districts, bridging North and South Bihar ~Boost tourism, enhance logistics, and spur inclusive economic development The project comprises 127.217 km of 4-lane divided carriageway with a 4.5 m wide central verge (median), featuring 5 ROBs (including 4 major 4-lane bow string girders), 20 underpasses, 28 major and minor bridges, 4 flyovers, 9 bypasses, an under-construction interchange at the Patna Ring Road junction, a large number of culverts, 7 km of reinforced earth structures at ROBs and flyovers, extensive retaining and toe wall construction, 2 fee plazas, 6 foot over bridges, 2 wayside amenities including a trauma center, and an Advance Traffic Management System (ATMS).

Themed “Targets and Strategies for 2030,” The session featured distinguished voices such as Ms. D. Thara, Additional Secretary (D) & (AMRUT), Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, and Mr. Dinesh Pardasani, Partner at DSK Legal. The discussion was expertly moderated by Mr. Alok K. Brara, CEO of Infrastructure Forum of India. The discussion focused on actionable recommendations aimed at shaping future policy and strategic direction, to be submitted to the relevant authorities. With over 200 professionals in attendance — comprising senior government officials, infrastructure developers, investors, EPC contractors, and consultants — the event served as a vital platform for shaping India’s sustainable infrastructure future.
