Proud to be a part of an organization wherein I believe the right decisions were taken & implemented without the need for validating if other organizations were/are doing the same. •Policies for #WFH were rolled out well ahead of time. Employees were asked to return home with all the precautionary measures ahead of the lockdowns. •Business teams were mandated not to have f2f meetings with customers or partners. •Mandate stood strong even though it resulted in the cancellation of several flights & bookings which were further coupled with escalations. Employee safety was not compromised for business at any cost. •Special insurance coverage was rolled out for all employees & family to cover #Covid19 related treatment, medication along with related cash benefits. •Quotas for the business team were dropped. Commercials were parked aside and our consultants worked overtime with Finance depts to ensure #FinanceTeams can work from home & remain productive using our tools.

Today marks the completion of your first year at Finly and we are so happy to have you here. The way you carry out your work shows the passion and dedication towards your work which is commendable. Arjun keeps the customer in mind and displays high levels of curiosity helping him understand the use case and the need for whatever is being built, better. This is an important attribute for an engineer, which is to understand the value being added to the end-user by what is being developed. I wish Arjun all the very best and look forward to him taking his curiosity a step forward to become a solution provider with all the experience he's gathering. Way to go Arjun! Keep rocking :-)

Many congratulations to Ashish Nandan Singh on completing one year with Finly! We have changed a lot since the time he joined. It gives us immense pleasure in welcoming Susan, our newest member of the Inside Sales team, going to play a critical role in adding more valued customers to Finly. Susan is originally from Kolar Gold Fields ( KGF), but her roots belong to Kochi. She's an engineer by qualification and holds a proven track record in inside sales & lead generation. She was previously associated with Leadsquared. When not at work, you can find her reading books & listen to music and a forced fan of #Marvel movies because of her 12 yr old son :-) Something no one knows about her is that she is a gold medal winner in Table Tennis. Well, Susan, we too have TT stars here, and I'm sure that they'd love to play with you.

Sourav, is originally from Assam and traveled all the way down to South for his B.Tech from SRM University, Chennai. He considers himself to be a jack of all trades but master of none. A little more about him is that Arpit is born and raised in Kanpur, UP, and he spent almost 10 years of his life outside the state primarily in Chennai, Mysore & now Bangalore. He's a die-hard supporter of Liverpool Football Club & wish to see a live match at Anfield stadium one day. He loves to travel and enjoy spending time watching stand-up comedy shows and TV series. Kevin Hart is his all-time favorite stand-up comic and TV series includes the likes of Suits, House of Cards, Sacred Games, Person of Interest.
