A new chapter for Flex. Today on our earnings call, Flex announced its intent to spin off our Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company. What this means: 🔹 SpinCo is expected to be positioned as a focused, high growth critical digital and electrical infrastructure company supporting AI data centers and mission critical applications. 🔹 Flex will continue as a global advanced manufacturing leader, designing and building highly complex products at scale across diversified end markets.
