For the fourth year in a row, GLG has earned a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRCF) 2025 Corporate Equality Index, the nation’s foremost benchmark of corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. The HRCF has honored GLG with the Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion, alongside some of the world’s top businesses.
GLG opened a new, expanded office in Dubai’s International Finance Centre to support the company’s continued growth in the region and globally. GLG’s Dubai location, first established in 2013, is a key hub for the company’s professional services firms practice, which serves the world’s leading consulting firms.

The trip served as an opportunity to hear from GLG clients, shadow teams, and meet GLGers from across the region. “Whenever I spend time with GLG clients around the world, from senior leaders to associates, I’m reminded of the critical role our teams play in helping them make better decisions,” Paul shared on LinkedIn. “It’s clear from my conversations with our APAC teams, they are in good hands.”
