The pandemic changed the lives of the majority of the population. People from all age groups got affected in one way or the other but it was the younger lot that also suffered a lot but rarely complained. Hughes Systique's long time NGO partner, Ankur - Society For Alternatives In Education, recently held a poster exhibition at Urban Fringe in Okhla, New Delhi with drawings of children of marginalised communities, on life during the first national lockdown and the following months. The exhibition provided an insight and Point of View of what the children were going through during the lockdown period and how they perceived the whole situation. From missing their friends, school & teachers to adopting digital learning and supporting their parents, each drawing had a message to impart which had a lasting impact. As part of HSC’s CSR initiatives, we are glad to have played albeit a small but meaningful part in these children's lives.
