While these guys certainly get excited by Cloud, Java and C#, they were also thrilled to enjoy a fun team day out! Some of our CXone teams in India recently went on a full-day outing, allowing quality time to bond with other members of the workstream. From wave pools to exhilarating rides, our CXone NICErs showed that they know how to have a good time! What will they do next?
Meet Shell Sullivan! He began his NICE journey in 2012 as a Senior Manager where his focus was leading North American technical implementation delivery of NPM and supporting the evolution of the Customer Journey platform. Since then, he has taken his career in his own hands and made several impressive internal moves. Shell said, “NICE is a great ‘home’ for folks looking for a long-term stint at a company, while having the opportunity to work in more than one technology and/or type of software solution. Moreover, I have found the culture and leadership very supportive of personal growth, I have often seen leaders actively helping to find new placements and roles for people looking for an internal change”. In his most recent career move, Shell took up his current role of Director in our Value Realization Services (VRS) group. Today he leads Portfolio consulting within VRS.
We are wrapping up Global Community Month – our long-standing tradition since 2009. Throughout the month of September, thousands of our incredible NICErs around the world have put their best foot forward by volunteering to make their local community a better place. From lending a helping hand to senior citizens to holding activities for special needs children, packing food for low-income households to making soap for communities who have limited means – it’s truly been a month of beautiful moments.
NICErs in Israel celebrated Rosh HaShana (Jewish New Year) in style! Hundreds of NICErs welcomed in a sweet new year with an abundance of decadent desserts and a selection of great local wines to wash it all down. With conversation flowing and festive music keeping everyone on their feet, we couldn’t think of a better way to bring in the new year. Wishing SHANA TOVA U’METUKA – a good and sweet year – to all NICErs celebrating!
NICErs at our Global Talent Center in India marked Diwali – the festival of lights! They celebrated the triumph of good over evil, by getting dressed up in their most colorful traditional clothing and spending time lighting lamps, dancing to festive music, and enjoying delicious Diwali treats together. Wishing a very happy Diwali to all those celebrating! May the lights of a million lamps fill your lives with happiness, prosperity and health.
For the first time since early 2020, and now that we are back in our Pune office, new NICErs that joined over the last quarter were able to come together face-to-face for an exciting orientation program! The 200+ new NICErs that started at the Global Talent Center in Pune during the last quarter alone (!) enjoyed a morning feast before hearing first-hand from our GTC leaders about our people, culture, product and strategy. 3 days. Over 100 nail-biting matches. Almost 200 NICErs battling for the ultimate title. The Global Talent Center’s table tennis tournament has come to a close, and the sportsmanship displayed by each and every NICEr who competed was exceptional! From celebrity matches between Senior Directors to the gripping matches of the finals, NICErs were kept on the edge of their seats, and what a rollercoaster it was! Huge congrats to all the winners!
Families come in all shapes and sizes, and we love to include them all in fun activities, whenever we can! This year, Father’s Day was celebrated in style in our Brazil office. NICE dads spent the afternoon enjoying interactive activities with their kids including an awesome trampoline park! Feliz dia dos pais!
What a great turnout at our CEA Atlanta event! Some 100 NICErs were delighted to be in the bleachers to watch the Atlanta Braves hit it out against the Colorado Rockies in an action-packed baseball game. Great weather, good BBQ food and fantastic vibes were all around as our NICErs were gripped by the tight game. Not only did they get to witness Atlanta’s star player, Ronald Acuña Jr., hit a solo homerun, but they also enjoyed the deafening roar of the crowd when their home team won the game!
We just welcomed into our ranks the 2,000th NICEr at our Global Talent Center in Pune, India. Over the last (less than) 7 years, we have grown from strength to strength, and now have all our product houses represented at the GTC! Ashwini Jagtap – who joined as Senior Software Engineer for Actimize R&D – was delighted to receive such a warm welcome and be recognized as the GTC’s 2,000th NICEr. Welcome, Ashwini!
