Recently, Parexel implemented MARC By Catalyst (Men Advocating Real Change), a multi-day course where leaders come together to explore gender stereotypes, the mutual benefits of equality, and strategies for effective partnership between men and women. Through MARC, participants gained awareness of how different genders lead, what women can contribute to the business, and how their own behaviors as leaders have been exclusionary.

Around the world, today commemorates those who have served in the military. We're spotlighting Parexel's own David Dent who served in the military as a Nursing Officer for battlefield trauma, including critical care and helicopter evacuation until he was injured in combat and could no longer work in the field. He then transferred his medical experiences into pharma and now clinical research. We thank David and all those in the military for their service.
