Innovation. Collaboration. Impact. This April, 150+ of our Digital teammates came together at Under Armour’s Global HQ in Baltimore, MD for our 2025 Hackathon—and they crushed it. 💪 Teammates across disciplines, from Digital Product Management, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Design, Engineering, QA, Project Management, Architecture, and more, joined forces to push the boundaries of what’s possible for our consumers. Over just three days, 10 cross-functional teams built bold, consumer-first solutions powered by cutting-edge tech and a shared passion for the Under Armour brand. With five awards on the line, the competition was fierce to deliver game-changing ideas to elevate our Website and ShopApp experience. When our teams weren’t busy solving real challenges for our consumers, they were rolling up their sleeves to give back. This year, we proudly partnered with Living Classrooms for a community impact event. May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🧠 🧘♂️ 💪 At Under Armour, we believe in making you better—both physically and mentally. As part of our commitment to supporting the mental well-being of our teammates, every Thursday, our global teammates are invited to join a 20-minute virtual Mindfulness Session. These sessions are designed to help our teammates live in the present, manage anxiety, and find moments of self-care throughout their workday. These sessions cover a range of topics, including: · Being fully present · Dealing with anxiety at home and at work · Breathing exercises · Meditative visualizations Hear from UA teammate Fabrizio Aguirre: "I have been attending UA’s Mindfulness Sessions since I joined UA in March of 2021. These sessions helped me navigate the anxiety of starting a new job while equipping me with additional tools to add to my mental health toolkit." For the past three years, our Americas DTC Allocation team has been living out Under Armour’s belief in the power of making a difference in our communities. Driven by a spirit of competition and a passion for giving back, the team set out on a challenge to use all 40 hours of annual paid volunteer time. Throughout the competition, the team has forged meaningful hashtag#partnerships with organizations both within and beyond Baltimore. From Meals on Wheels, to the Baltimore Running Festival, Local Food Banks, First Fruit Farms, and many more. And over the years, their commitment has only grown stronger, inspiring more team members to join in and surpassing previous milestones. This year, they are on track to achieve their highest impact yet, aiming for an impressive 1,250 volunteer hours as a group. This month, our Korea teammates united for the Give 'N Race, a running festival in Busan raising funds for the Future for Youth Foundation. The foundation delivers educational and sports programming to underprivileged children and teenagers. Dozens of our corporate and retail teammates showed up and participated in the 10k and 8k runs. As a proud sponsor of the race for three years, more than 20,000 participants wore UA T-shirts as they raced the iconic coastal route, crossing the scenic Gwangan Bridge, and continuing along the famous Gwangalli Beach. Over 600 runners laced up in UA Infinite Elite 2 shoes and even more runners experienced the brand through our activations on site. Congrats, Sharon Lokedi, on winning the 2025 Boston Marathon with a new course record of 2:17:22! Since her breakout win at the 2022 NYC Marathon, Lokedi has podiumed four of her last six races, including back-to-back top finishes in Boston. And for the third time in competition, Lokedi raced in UnderArmour's UA Velociti Elite 3—the brand’s most elite marathon shoe.

Buckets in Baltimore: Celebrate 50 Years of Trailblazing Women at the CIAA Women's Basketball Tournament 🏀 🦀 Since 1975, Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Women’s Basketball players have shattered barriers, inspired generations, and built a legacy of excellence. Honor their courage and commemorate this 50th anniversary with Under Armour's limited edition CIAA product collection exclusively available at the UA Flagship Brand House in Baltimore Peninsula. World-renowned photographer and UA teammate Devin Allen acted as creative director for this collection that is a tribute to the past, a celebration of the present, and a testament to the enduring power of women in sport. Under Armour has been a proud athletic sponsor of the CIAA and their 13 member universities since 2018. All Men’s and Women’s basketball teams will be wearing UA gear designed to make athletes better. We are thrilled to support these athletes on and off the court as they compete in our hometown.
