They constantly change and "update" the tools that work worse and worse. CRM looks like it was created in 80s. The company doesn't invest in proper software which makes your job even more stressful than it is.

Retention offers that we are giving are trash. We have no real save pitch to keep customers from running to Spectrum, Visible, or Xfinity.
