      Imagine you are on a call with an impatient and frustrated customer, and you are not able to assist because of errors popping up, tools freeze and kick you out of the system, so you have to clear cache and cookies, and restart everything while being yelled at. They constantly change and "update" the tools that work worse and worse. CRM looks like it was created in 80s. The company doesn't invest in proper software which makes your job even more stressful than it is.

      Shift bids, horrible shift options, SELLING. It is not our fault AT&T messed up with the purchase of DirectTV. Why does customer loyalty group have a similar sales goal to the actual sales team?! Retention offers that we are giving are trash. We have no real save pitch to keep customers from running to Spectrum, Visible, or Xfinity.
