Does Airbnb offer massages?
Pros
Fresh environment, strong culture based in core values. Nice office, open space and free breakfast besides several engaging events to keep the motivation up.
Cons
Some roles had no professional growth opportunities and most of the times a lateral move had to be considered when feeling stocked. Salaries could definitely be more competitive within the market. Blocked vacation dates during high season (March, June, July, December). Stressful role during those seasons.
Advice to Management
Investing in really preparing the guest experience specialists by sending them to the destinations that they would work with or are specialized in, to gain more expertise and to meet the guest's expectations about destination knowledge. Hiring enough employees per team to avoid a huge volume of arrivals, black out vacations dates and that reduced the high quality standards advertised to the guests when booking their villas.

Does Airbnb offer dental insurance?
Pros
Good benefits: breakfast, lunch, bonuses, 2000$ coupons to spend on Airbnb annually , health insurance, dental insurance and so on. Friendly and nice peers, nice environment, I specially loved the values of the company and how the community believed in them, though then the company started to get focused on hotels/property managers and for this reason some hosts felt a lil bit out of place.
Cons
In the beginning promotions were almost mandatory, after a few years it was hard to be promoted. The company expanded its products to different sectors, and I think they lost the essence.

Does Airbnb offer parental leave?
Pros
The benefits are astounding, of course the Airbnb credit every quarter is great but also maternity/paternity leave, the food/snacks are so healthy and good, the culture is unique and very caring, CEO always "does the right thing" in the face of injustice which can matter a lot these days. The company is very thoughtful about culture and the office space.
Cons
Middle management and leaders need to develop their skills in leadership, especially middle managers, who are mostly home-grown. Everything is always run amidst chaos, with headcount planning, goals, processes, happening at the seat of our pants. Growth happens for the lucky few, and it can be quite political. The rest are eking by with lower than market pay until they leave.
Advice to Management
Spend more time developing new managers, they don't know how to develop their direct reports and are just winging it. Everyone needs more guidance in general from top down, rather than glamorizing "being comfortable with ambiguity."

Does Airbnb have a pension plan?
Pros
+ Amazing colleagues, some of the brightest people I've ever worked with, learned a lot from my direct co-workers. Attracts great talent + Good salary, transparent levelling across genders and external/internal levelling + Good pension & parental benefits
Cons
- Poor cascading of information from decision makers to employees - Chaotic plans for too many future goals, lack of clear vision to be able to build towards - Unclear career progression leads to too many people staying in roles they have outgrown
+ Good pension & parental benefits
