Does Boeing offer massages?
Pros
Good benefits and free coffee
Cons
Unless you are an executive you are expendable fodder. They claim how much they love veterans yet lay them off in droves and keep execs who do jack squat. They do not care about employees, do not listen to experts and people theying to do good things for the company. Toxic leaders and thenCEO is just an ax man to keep the money on the execs pockets. Diversity at all cost mind set. If you want a promotion you have to be related to an executive or have to find a new job elsewhere in the company. Managers look out for themselves only
Advice to Management
Listen to people who are trying to do the right thing. Stop offshoring support and giving jobs away to India

Does Boeing offer dental insurance?
Pros
Company overall offers good benefits (health, dental, child backup care, school tuition reimbursement, etc), reasonable work and life balance, semi comfortable work environment. In some states where racial diversity is broadly embraced such as WA, CA, OR, people from different cultures feel comfortable with each other and are open to share experiences and opinion. BCA and BGS encourage somewhat more open culture than BDS, reason is simple, BDS is defense sector, there is lots of red flags or rules on what can be shared or not.
Cons
Although public communication says company has hit rock bottom and is bouncing back, truth is this company is still on a downward spiral, it is struggling with rebranding. It is no longer a premium brand that people used to admire. Everyday customers complain about design defects, degradation in manufacturing and services quality, broken/ inadequate business processes, etc. Here is what a lot of people know… Even though on annual earnings call Boeing tries to paint rosy picture that 737 MAX is back to service operating well, 777X is in entry into service phase and 787 back to delivery is in progress, the truth is there are so many technical issues and commercial claims against these models initiated by customers. Hearing from customers, feel bad for them buying planes and services from Boeing, because they don’t really know what they are getting into until 5 years into service. Products integrity and reliability, service performance are not performing per contract. Airplanes are marketed inconsistent to how they perform. If it is not for duopoly reason (Boeing and Airbus dominating the industry), BCA would be bankrupt already due to disasters on 737MAX and 787. Sadly these events will not be the last time Boeing faces it, something else will come up… Also problem with Boeing internal bureaucracy is HUGE. Internal teams fight each other over who should own actions, they all push around saying that budget or resources constraint is prevalent. First line and senior management are hesitant to step up to take a lead unless executives get involved and give a marching order. This is a top down culture. Even though internal communication says we encourage people speaking up and want them be creative, share ideas, but truth is whoever owns the money speak.
