WAH was good. Incentives are okay. Pay is fair depending on accounts. A company you could love to stay longer.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from Secure CX camera device violations for work at home employees. In order to access to THEIR own TOOLS that requires authentication code by MOBILE is ridiculous. You get dismissed for it if the camera sees it. Better not have this authenticator to begin with creating so much hassle and mere inconvenience to employees losing their job.

Advice to Management

Work on your security measures wherein not even employees are secured!

Pros

felt well trained and prepared for making calls, lovely manager, good pay, nice colleagues, could negotiate hours, book holiday days online, remote working, easy recruitment process, other job opportunities from within that is made known to staff, regular meeting hall meetings to go over the week within the company.

Cons

mostly good I didn't feel like there were many bad things about the job! maybe i got lucky with my manager and team was a great company to work for.

Majority of the management team is sweet and professional, it's a relatively easy job for decent pay, and they have a lot of work from home positions

The hours can suck depending on which program you're in
