As I mention before, I still have no comment because I am new in this office

Culture, connections, some flexibility and good for young staff

Nepotism, Rigid management structures, poor salaries, issues with diversity, no real policies to help staff (it’s all just words), no transparency on promotions and salary review, lower than market rate

Advice to Management

Put your money where your mouth is, stop the secrecies, change managers based on their performance, ie poor managers should not lead

Pros

Great people and a lovely work environment. Flexible working, a lot of people only work 4 days a week Great work environment and you can work from home or in person except for when there are team meetings and other important events.

Cons

Not really challenging work, if you are really looking to be challenged, it could just be Kantar but it could be a representation of the market research industry as a whole.

Advice to Management

For interns specifically, if you could make the internship more challenging it would be great.
