Long working hours, no immediate leave unless you have a good management who can quickly accommodate other staff to replace your shift.

Cons
Not enough people to complete tasks so you end up doing more than you can handle, especially during night and morning fill shifts. I get it’s a fast-paced environment, but when you’re overworked and rushed at the same time, it feels exhausting sometimes.

The staff are really friendly, the 20% discount is really good and there is a benefits website called My Choices that you can access through M&S that offers really good discounts

Can sometimes be understaffed which increases the load on the staff who are on shift however they never seem to have enough money in the budget to hire new people or offer colleagues extra hours
Majority of colleagues friendly and helpful, willing to help if you get stuck. We had food bought for us after a seasonal shift which was very nice.
Cons
Experience can depend on team you're working with. At times, I felt looked down upon and excluded by some colleagues for being younger.
