      Randstad has good contracts with great client. The interview process went quick about 2 weeks. The pay was good as well with good benefits for a contract role.

      My recruiter - By the end of the contract, I met with my recruiter to discuss additional opportunities. It seems all was well until the day my contract ended, I never heard from him again. Very unprofessional.

      At this point, there really aren’t any that I’ve experienced

      I’ve always respected Randstad for its strong reputation and professional presence in the recruiting industry — which makes my recent experience especially disappointing. Over the past few months, I’ve encountered multiple last-minute changes and inconsistencies during the hiring process — including an offer that was rescinded on my scheduled start date, and another role where key terms changed the night before I was set to begin. Despite repeated follow-ups, clear communication and accountability have been difficult to obtain. I’m not sharing this out of anger, but out of genuine concern. Candidates put an incredible amount of trust in recruiters and staffing firms, often making major life and financial decisions based on their word. That trust should be respected and protected. I sincerely hope that Randstad’s corporate leadership reviews how these situations are handled, and that communication standards are strengthened to ensure fairness and transparency for future candidates. My intent is simple — to advocate for better communication, consistency, and empathy within the hiring process. #HiringTransparency #Recruiting #FairTreatment #Accountability #Professionalism

      The hiring processes was easy. Texas had a better pay rate. My manager would keep me updated about my performance. They were honest and sad when I was leaving the company and informed me that I had potential for a permanent position.

      Understanding what days we had off was confusing. They would let everyone know the day before, and understanding how many days I had off was confusing. I tried emailing my manager to understand how many days I had off but I was never told.
