You are just a number/cog in a machine, benefits, demanding managers, high expectations for low pay, favoritism, customers, if you work hard they will take advantage of you (you’re better off being more on the lazy side), the good culture disappeared a long time ago

Decent pay if you’re just starting with the company, flexible hours, quick and fast promotion offers available. I went from being a grocery stocker to buyer within a few months and like 6 months later i was promoted to ATL. Lot of opportunities for upward growth if that’s what you’d like.

Discount isn’t that great, work can be daunting at times depending on what department you are in.

Culture is good. Depending on where you are, management is pretty reasonable and doesn't micro manage. Offices are nice. Lots of fun enriching activities.

Recently moved to full return to office. Raises are miniscule. Training and onboarding can be lacking and stressful. Compensation is often a point of contention no matter what department you're in. Lots of people often leave to better paying companies to get a pay bump and then come back in order to be paid fairly for the work they do since the raises often barely cover the rate of inflation.
