      Cons

Good to learn new technologies because of they don't have long term projects, no salary hike, at the time of increment they put you in different projects or hire a fresh candidate whose salary is less than you for cost cutting. Not every manager is same but some are.

      Pros

Fully remote setup makes it convenient for those who prefer working from home. Company provides equipment, which is helpful, especially for fresh grads or those just starting out. Government-mandated benefits are included. Great stepping stone for newbies who want to gain experience in the design field.

      Cons

Requires working night shifts and has rotating schedules, which can really mess up your body clock. Time-tracking software can feel a bit restrictive and micromanaging. The salary is very low compared to industry standards, even for entry-level roles.

Misleading CTC Structure and Bonus Policy

      Process manager

      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Work life balance, learnings, and Hybrid Model.

      Cons

I would like to raise concerns regarding the misleading communication around the CTC breakdown by HR. The issue lies in how the fixed salary and bonus components are presented during the hiring process. The HR team adds a "guaranteed bonus" as part of the fixed salary, which gives the impression of a higher CTC. However, according to company policy, if you are offered this guaranteed bonus, you will not be eligible for the performance-based variable component for two appraisal cycles (equivalent to two years). This practice is deceptive, as it suggests the variable component is immediately available when, in fact, it is deferred for two years. Essentially, the company includes the bonus in the CTC to inflate the offer by 20%, but employees only see the true value after the second year. This lack of transparency misleads candidates and undermines trust. Clear communication around salary structure and eligibility criteria for bonuses is crucial, and I hope the organization takes steps to ensure fair and honest practices going forward
