New process onboarding experience and if you are lucky enough and your client is onshore and demands on job training then you might get chance to go abroad.

Cons

No growth opportunity and year on year hike is pathetic. No retention policy. If project gets rolled off Analyst, Senior Analyst might get absorbed in another process but very difficult for managers due to each project budget constraints. Higher management is there from long enough and hence are close knitted which leads to lots of favoritism and caring about their own processes and being in firm rather than people whose process gets rolled off. No transportation facility, meager shift allowance for night, no good medical insurance coverage. Overall not good place to work with.

Please stop your close knitted bonding with each other and start evaluating employees on the basis of fair performance
