Submitted an application online. With a referral. Received a phone call to setup an in person interview. Interview one week later. A few days after the interview I was informed of a hiring freeze with no known end date.

Bagged an interview after I applied to the link provided by them prior to career fair. Talked to a representative at the fair and was asked to come for an interview the next day through an email late at night. Got a rejection after 4 weeks via email. Online application still shows "under consideration".
