3M interview questions

the interview process has been thorough and informative. the interview process included a wide variety of co-workers and experts that I would be working with. The interview process was informative and included both behavioral based questions and review of previous experience relevant to the position.

Pretty standard. Work culture, questions on experience and some situational style questions. Interview was about 20 minutes on teams. Was told I would have some insight yes/no by a week from the interview. That timeline has now come and go. Don’t attribute malice to what can only be explained by incompetence. The culture that must be emphasized and supported is one where you don’t have to keep your word or reply to folks reaching out… as of now I still have not heard a single word. There is an understanding at this point it is a no if I have not gotten the hiring manager to reply to an email or the insincere auto reply with no feedback.
