Interview
I went to a career fair at my university where I handed in my resume. I got a call back on the same day. The interview was on campus and stress free. There wasn't any technical questions so it was mostly behavior questions. The recruiter was very kind which made the interview process easier.

There weren't any difficult questions. We went through my resume and then the recruiter just asked about leadership roles and where I see myself in five years.
The interviewers introduced themselves, followed by my self introduction. Following which, I shared what I know about the company and what they offer, as well as my area of interest. They then shared the job description and relevant details.

it was a 30 minutes interview. Introducing myself and academic qualification to the interviewers. Discussion on projects I had done and any difficulties faced in the process as well as solutions. Why 3M? Opportunity to ask interviewer other questions.

Interview
A very human and respectful interview. I appreciated the interest in the person beyond the skills and the clarity in explaining job duties, benefits and overall details for the internship.
