Basic Interview. General questions asked related to the profile offered. As the profile was related to market research i was asked questions on same and also I was briefed about what exactly the profile and work was and how was I supposed to accomplish it..
Proceso corto que constaba de 2 etapas. Una entrevista grupal con recursos humanos en la que se hacian diferentes actividades y presentacion y otra presencial con el que seria mi jefe, que fue una entrevista muy informal y se vive como una charla normal. Muy buen ambiente en ambas entrevistas y el trato fue excelente.

i had 3 stages of the interview, first with the division head then the HR manager and lastly the country group leader. The interview is mainly to convince the management that i am qualified for the job even though i don't have any experience in the marketing job.
